Shipping

We currently only ship within the US.

    We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100+ USD. For orders under this amount, we charge $9.95 USD.

      Once you have approved your artwork proof and completed payment, your order will be fulfilled within 3 business days, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time is around 5-8 business days.

        Note: Most portraits are delivered within 1-2 weeks from the order date, depending on how many artwork revisions are requested. On the product page, an estimated delivery date is shown just below the 'Add to Cart' button.

        Our 'Skip the Queue' product add-on speeds up your artwork creation and moves your order to the front of the queue for our artists to begin working on. It does not increase the courier's speed or shipping time.

        You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS when your order ships out. You can also track your order here.

        Unfortunately, we don’t offer gift wrapping for our portraits to avoid damage in shipment. However, if you are located in the US, you can add a gift note with your order.

        We'll start working on your order right away and send you the artwork proof for your approval within 4 days.

        We want to make sure you're 100% happy. You may request unlimited revisions until your artwork is just the way you like it.

        Changed your mind about size? Not to worry! You can change your order before you approve the artwork proof.

        After you approve the proof, changes might not be possible as we typically start production right away.

        Please contact our customer support team at support@lendonandco.com as soon as possible to request any changes. The sooner you reach out, the better we can help.

        Note: In some cases, changes to orders may result in shipping delays.

        Yes! We appreciate modern and simple art just as much as you do. If you prefer to have the artwork designed without a message, you can place your order without any text. Simply type in the text fields the wording NO TEXT.

        All of our artworks are digitally created based on the photos you provide us, and are almost identical to an actual hand-painted portrait. So all you have to do is sit back and relax while our illustrators transform your photo into a masterpiece!

        Yes! Every artwork we create is digitally crafted, starting from the photos you share with us. Our process ensures that each custom art piece closely resembles a hand-painted portrait.

        Our digital tools enable us to explore countless creative possibilities, ensuring your portrait is as unique as the memories it represents.

        Just sit back and relax while our skilled artists work their magic on your photos, turning them into a stunning masterpiece!

        Helpful tips to get a great photo:

        1. Upload a clear, high resolution photo
        2. Avoid photos with dark lighting
        3. Please avoid using any filters to ensure we can color your artwork correctly
        4. Make sure everything you would like shown in the artwork is visible in the image

        Currently, we do not offer digital-only portraits.

        All our custom portraits are hand-designed and digitally crafted before being printed on high-quality materials.

        However, you can add the 'Digital Download' add-on to your order, which allows you to receive a digital copy of your artwork along with the physical print.

        We always do our best to ensure the colors of your custom portrait match the artwork proof. However, depending on your device, these colors may appear slightly different. This can be caused by the screen color settings of your device, or how the colors appear overall on your phone or monitor.

        If there is a major difference between the proof and the artwork you've received, please contact our friendly support team at support@lendonandco.com.

        The Proof

        Your proof is a preview of your custom artwork that you'll receive in 4 days or less after placing your order. You can request unlimited revisions until you are 100% happy - We will work with you on making your artwork perfect before we print and ship it.

        Please note that all orders are sent to our print team straight away after we receive your approval, so make sure to check carefully before approving your proof.

        Please also make sure you entered the correct email address when your order was placed.

        If you're still unable find your artwork proof, please email us (support@lendonandco.com) and our customer service team will help out right away.

        You will receive your artwork proof to approve or request changes within 4 days after placing your order. To approve your proof, follow these simple steps:

        1. Check Your Email: Once your proof is ready, we’ll send you an email with an attachment (photo) to view it.

        2. Review the Proof: Open the attachment and review your portrait. Make sure everything looks the way you want. We want to make sure you're 100% happy!

        3. Approve or Request Changes:

          • Approve: If you’re happy with the proof, simply reply with the word APPROVED.
          • Request Changes: If you need anything changed, describe in detail the changes you want us to make to your portrait. Our design team will make the changes and send you a new proof within 24-48 hours.
        4. Final Approval: Once all revisions are completed and you’re satisfied, you can give us your approval. We will then proceed to print and ship your order.

        Note: The time for revisions can vary based on the changes you request and how quickly you respond.

        Once you approve your artwork proof, we'll begin production on your order.

        Here’s what happens next:

        1. Production: We’ll start production on your custom portrait. This typically takes 4 business days.
        2. Shipping: Once your custom portrait is ready, we’ll ship it to you. You’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order’s journey.
        3. Delivery: You receive your masterpiece! We'll include hanging hardware so you can display your portrait proudly in your home.

        All orders are automatically sent out for printing and shipping once the artwork proof has been approved. We cannot guarantee we'll be able to make further changes after you approve the proof, so please make sure you're 100% happy with your artwork!

        Yes! The artwork you receive will always match the proof you approved.

        Refunds & Returns

        If you're not satisfied with your proof, simply let us know what changes you'd like to see, and our design team will make sure your artwork is picture-perfect!

        We want to make sure you're happy with your custom portrait! If you're not 100% satisfied with the final product, contact us at support@lendonandco.com and attach a photo of the portrait you received. We will work with you on making things right.

        Changed your mind? If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@lendonandco.com and we will process your refund, in line with our 100% Money-Back Guarantee.

        Please note: If you’ve approved your artwork and production has already commenced on your custom portrait, we are unable to cancel your order.

        Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we don't offer returns and exchanges. Each artwork is created specifically for you and your home. 

        However, if there's something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@lendonandco.com and attach a photo of the portrait you received. We will work with you on making things right.

        We're really sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. While it's rare, sometimes your custom portrait may get damaged in transit.

        We want to make things right for you as quickly as possible! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can organize a replacement:

        1. Take Photos: Take clear photos of the entire damaged portrait. This helps us understand what went wrong and speed up the process.
        2. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@lendonandco.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and attach the photos you took.

        Once we receive your email with photos, we will work quickly to organize a replacement so you can receive your perfect print.
